College provides instructions to the students appearing for Degree of
I) THREE YEAR LAW COURSE (after graduation)
1) Bachelor of General Laws - LL-B. (Gen.) - 2 Years Course
2) Bachelor of Special Laws - LL-B. (Spl.) - 3 Years Course

II) FIVE YEAR LAW COURSE (after H. S. C.)
1) Bachelor of Social Laws-B.S.L. After completion of three years of the five
year integrated Course
2) Bachelor of Laws - LL-B. (Spl.) -
After completion of fifth year of the five year Law Course

III) DIPLOMA IN INCOME TAX AND SALES TAX

This Diploma Course is of one academic year duration consisting of two terms. This course is conducted in the evening between 6.00 p. m. and 7.30 p. m. The University examination of this Diploma Course shall be held only once in year i.e. in March/April only.

Admission to this course is available to any student who has passed Pre-Degree/H.S.C./ Graduation Examination of this University or an examination of any other Statutory University or examining body recognized by the Shivaji University as equivalent thereto.

A) Generally, no admissions are allowed after the expiry of 30 days from the date of commencement of First Term. Students are, therefore, required to take admissions at the earliest after the declaration of their results of respective qualifying examinations. The admission to the college courses will be subject to the following rules.

1) Admission must be taken in person by presenting the prescribed application form duly filled in and on payment of prescribed fees.
2) All admissions will be provisional and subject to the confirmation by the Principal.
3) At the time of admission the following documents and certificates shall have to be produced.
a) The Original statement of marks of the qualifying examination with its 3 certified copies.

b) Original Certificate indicating the date of birth such as School Leaving Certificate or S.S.C. Certificate.

c) The School Leaving Certificate in case of a student who takes admission after XII std.

d) Transference Certificate from the previous College.

The application for such Transference Certificate will have to be sent through this college in prescribed form. The students should produce the receipt of T. C. fee paid in previous college. THE STUDENTS SHOULD ALSO TAKE CARE THAT THE COLLEGE RECEIVES THE TRANSFERENCE CERTIFICATE BEFORE THE END OF FISRT TERM AND MAKE NECESSARY ENQUIRIES ABOUT THE SAME.

f) In the case of students desiring to apply for Government Scholarships/ Freeships / Concessions such as E.B.C., B.C., P.T.C. etc. should submit an application in the prescribed form duly certified by the prescribed authority. Otherwise he will have to pay full fees.

g) Foreign student desirous of securing admission in this College should produce his passport and visa at the time of admission. He should also produce a certificate from a competent authority for having under gone AIDS test and that it is found negative.

B) Eligibility Certificate

In case of the students migrating from other Universities or Board other than Shivaji University have to obtain an eligibility certificate from the Shivaji University before the end of the first term. Application for eligibility certificate is to be made to the Shivaji University in the prescribed form available in the College. Such application should be accompanied by -

a) A fee of Rs. 100/- in the case of student migrating from the University within Maharashtra State or a fee of Rs. 300/- in the case of a student migrating from the University outside the Maharashtra State.

b) A Migration Certiftcate from the last University.

c) Original Mark list of the I, II, III year of qualyfying examination.

A student who does not produce his migration certificate before 31st August after joining the College will not be granted the said term.

ii) Recommendation in respect of the above mentioned concessions/ scholarships shall be    made by the College strictly on the basis of the candidate's regular attendance, tutorial    work, good behavior and progress during the term. Such students shall make special    efforts to deserve and maintain the benefits.

A student who has kept terms in the college shall make an application for the refund of deposits within 3 years deposit to the Account from the date of his ceasing to be the student of the college. After which the deposits stand lapsed and claim in this regard will not be considered.

A) All fees paid by a student at the time of admission be refunded subject to deduction of Rs. 10/- towards administrative charges, if he gets his admission cancelled before the commencement of the academic term.
B) If a student gets his admission cancelled after the commencement of the academic term his / her deposits such as Library Deposit and Book Bank Deposit only shall be refunded subject to such deductions as may be necessary on account of damage to property of the College. No Tuition fees and other fees shall be refundable.
C) If a student fails to inform in writing about his intention to leave or change the College, he / she will be liable to pay full fees for the term or the year as the case may be.
D) The application for Cancellation of admission must be in writing and shall be presented by the student concerned to the Principal.
E) If a concession holder student cancels his admission at any time he has to pay whole fees which he would get by way of concession from the Government.
F) If a student has sought permission to pay the fees in installment & thereafter cancels his admission he will have to pay whole fees for the term or the year as the case may be.

1) Every student of this college shall abide by the rules of the college discipline relating to all its departments.
2) Every student must obtain his Identity Card within 8 days from the date of his admission. He/She should always carry with him/her in the college and produce it whenever called upon to do so by the college authority. A student shall not use his Identity Card for any purpose other than college affairs and examination. Duplicate Card, will be issued on payment of Rs. 50/-.
3) Students should in their own interest read everyday all the notices placed on the Notice Board from time to time. It shall be the duty of each student to see all the Notice Boards daily and be fully aware of the information displayed on the Notice Board.
4) Students shall abide by any general or special rules made by the college authorities in regard to the conduct of the students both in and outside of the college and decision of the college authorities in this matter will be final. Guardians are also presumed to have agreed to these rules when their wards join this college.
5) Students must observe silence in the college premise. They must not loiter in the passage and corridors after the classes have begun. They must read quietly in the library and spend their spare time in such a way as not to cause any interference with the work of others.
Absolute silence must be observed in the library as well as in the class rooms.
6) Students must be punctual and regular in attendance and must be in their seats at the commencement of the lectures.
7) No society or association of the students will be started without the previous permission of the Principal.
8) No person shall be invited to address or entertain the students of the college without the previous permission of the Principal
9) Subjects of debates or pieces of entertainment in the college shall first be approved by the Principal. A responsible person approved or nominated by the Principal shall be in the Chair at all college debates and social functions.
10) All the Departments of the college [Gymkhana, Library, Legal Aid Clinic etc. will work according to rules made in that behalf, from time to time, by the Principal.
11) Students must keep their terms strictly in accordance with the rules of the University authorities for grant of term. Terms shall not be granted in case of students, who are defaulter in attendance, tutorials, tests and fees etc.
12) Students are requested to note that any application regarding issuing of bonafide certificate, passing certificate. Railway, S.T. Concession form, scholarships advances etc. must be submitted at least two days in advance. This will enable to prepare and keep it ready for delivery.
