A)
Generally, no admissions are allowed after the expiry
of 30 days from the date of commencement of First Term.
Students are, therefore, required to take admissions
at the earliest after the declaration of their results
of respective qualifying examinations. The admission
to the college courses will be subject to the following
rules.
1)
Admission must be taken in person by presenting the
prescribed application form duly filled in and on payment
of prescribed fees.
2) All admissions will be provisional and subject to
the confirmation by the Principal.
3) At the time of admission the following documents
and certificates shall have to be produced.
a) The Original statement of marks of the qualifying
examination with its 3 certified copies.
b) Original Certificate indicating the date of birth
such as School Leaving Certificate or S.S.C. Certificate.
c) The School Leaving Certificate in case of a student
who takes admission after XII std.
d) Transference Certificate from the previous College.
The application for such Transference Certificate will
have to be sent through this college in prescribed form.
The students should produce the receipt of T. C. fee
paid in previous college. THE STUDENTS SHOULD ALSO TAKE
CARE THAT THE COLLEGE RECEIVES THE TRANSFERENCE CERTIFICATE
BEFORE THE END OF FISRT TERM AND MAKE NECESSARY ENQUIRIES
ABOUT THE SAME.
f) In the case of students desiring to apply for Government
Scholarships/ Freeships / Concessions such as E.B.C.,
B.C., P.T.C. etc. should submit an application in the
prescribed form duly certified by the prescribed authority.
Otherwise he will have to pay full fees.
g) Foreign student desirous of securing admission in
this College should produce his passport and visa at
the time of admission. He should also produce a certificate
from a competent authority for having under gone AIDS
test and that it is found negative.
B)
Eligibility Certificate
In
case of the students migrating from other Universities
or Board other than Shivaji University have to obtain
an eligibility certificate from the Shivaji University
before the end of the first term. Application for eligibility
certificate is to be made to the Shivaji University
in the prescribed form available in the College. Such
application should be accompanied by -
a) A fee of Rs. 100/- in the case of student migrating
from the University within Maharashtra State or a fee
of Rs. 300/- in the case of a student migrating from
the University outside the Maharashtra State.
b) A Migration Certiftcate from the last University.
c) Original Mark list of the I, II, III year of qualyfying
examination.
A student who does not produce his migration certificate
before 31st August after joining the College will not
be granted the said term.
